"I been a Cycle Gear customer for long time. The last two times that I been trying to buy tires on this store and I asked to the staff for the service that they offer for mounting and balancing, they answered me: “you have to leave the wheels here and give us at least 24hrs. Because we are really busy “.
Really??!!!! Usually they are at least two employees working in there daily, and I don’t see a lot of customer in the store buying stuff. Come on!!! That service can’t take them more than 10 minutes per wheel, plus I don’t asking for something free!!!! They still charge me for the service!! I believe they are a bunch of lazy employees in there.
